WRISTBAND ACCESS

Your wristband grants you access to the ComplexCon show floor, including exclusive drops from the best brands, curated art exhibitions, panel conversations, various food partners in the First We Feast Zone and all music performances at the Pigeons & Planes Stage.


HOW TO PROPERLY PUT ON A WRISTBAND

IMPORTANT: Do NOT put your wristband on until you are on your way to ComplexCon.

  • Find a friend! You only get one shot at this so we recommend an extra hand to help.
  • 
Use the one finger rule! The wristband should be snug enough that no more than one finger can fit between the band and your wrist. The band can be on either your left or right wrist, whichever feels more comfortable.

  • Slide the closure towards your wrist to tighten. Hold the loose ends when sliding. The closure slides one-way and cannot be loosened.

  • Do NOT cut the loose ends.

I received my wristbands but I put them on too tight and had to remove. How do I get new ones?

If you need a replacement wristband, please visit Will Call before entering ComplexCon. Note, all shipping fees are nonrefundable and replacement fees will apply.

NOTE: Wristbands MUST be securely on your wrist (cannot be slipped off & on) and they will be required to wear at all times during ComplexCon. You will also need to scan your wristband every time you enter and exit McCormick Place.


REGISTERING YOUR WRISTBAND

Your RFID wristband MUST be registered prior to entering COMPLEXCON and you will be required to scan your wristband every time you enter and exit McCormick Place.

Please be sure to register your RFID wristband here.

Do I need to re-register if I have to replace my wristband?

Nope! All your existing registration information and settings automatically work with your new wristband.

Can I change my wristband registration information?

Unfortunately not. Once registered, identifying information can't be changed. You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband, but only the original buyer can manage the order.

Can I register my wristband under someone else's name?

Yes, but you can only register a wristband once, so please make sure you have all of that person's required information on hand. To register on behalf of someone else, you will need the following:

  • First & last name 
  • Gender
  • 8-digit wristband ID number (located under the wristband chip)
  • Emergency contact name, email & phone number


SHIPPING YOUR CREDENTIALS

You will receive your wristband by standard mail if you have purchased it prior to July 2nd, 2019 11:59pm PST. You will receive your wristband by expedited mail if you purchased your ticket after July 2nd, 2019 and prior to July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST. All international orders as well as US orders placed after July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST will be held at the Will Call counters. Please be sure to bring your confirmation email and ID / passport.

Need to view or update your shipping address? Click here for instructions. You will be able to update your shipping address until July 2nd, 2019 11:59pm PST if your order is being shipped via standard shipping and by July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST if your order is being shipped via expedited shipping. 

When will my wristband be shipped?

You can find estimated shipment and delivery dates along with other tracking information by going to the Tickets Page, locating your ComplexCon Chicago 2019 order and then selecting “Manage Order”. If you purchased your wristband(s) after July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your order confirmation email and a photo ID / passport.


CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You will receive a confirmation email when your credentials have been shipped. Your estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days, however it may take longer depending on your location. Please click on your tracking number in your confirmation email to follow the status of your package.

NOTE: Package tracking will begin in approximately 1-2 business days after you have received your confirmation email.

You can also find the shipment status and tracking information within your “Tickets” section of Eventbrite by following the instructions below.

  • Log in to your Eventbrite Account 
  • Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
  • If you've forgotten your password or have not set one up yet, no problem! Just enter your email address where it says 'Don't know your password?' and we'll send you an email to help set up your new password.
  • Once logged into your account, click on the ComplexCon Chicago 2019 option from your list of tickets.
  • Click on the “Manage Order” tab at the top of your order to view tracking details.

Can I still change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address.

If you know you won't be able to receive the package at the provided address, you should deactivate your wristband by reporting your issue on your order details page and request a replacement wristband to pick up at Will Call. Once reported, wristbands cannot be reactivated. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.


INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

You will receive an email if our delivery service was unable to verify the address you provided in your order. If you receive this email, you are able to update your shipping address until July 2nd, 2019 11:59pm PST for standard mail and by July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST for expedited mail.

To ensure delivery of your package, please log into your Eventbrite account and update the shipping address on your order by following the instructions below.

  • Log in to your Eventbrite Account 
  • Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
  • If you've forgotten your password or have not set one up yet, no problem! Just enter your email address where it says 'Don't know your password?' and we'll send you an email to help set up your new password.
  • Once logged into your account, click on the ComplexCon Chicago 2019 option from your list of tickets.
  • Select ‘Manage Order’ from the top menu bar.
  • Click on ‘Update Shipping Address’ to view and edit the provided information.
  • Once you have made all of your changes click 'Save.'

Please update your shipping address ASAP. You can check your address via the USPS Website to give you the best suggestion for the proper format for your mailing address. If you have any questions, please email fulfillment@eventbrite.com.

TIPS: Below are generally the main reasons for having an address that is not verified as shippable. Please double check each of the following to ensure it is correct.

Postal Code: 

  • Double check your postal code and make sure it has all digits and is correct!

Address Line:

  • Did you spell your address line correctly?
  • Did you abbreviate your suffix? (ln, ct, pkwy, NE, SW, Suite #, Apt # etc.)

City:

  • Did you spell your city name correctly?
  • Are you living in a newly developed area?

Please check your Eventbrite account using the steps above to ensure your address is properly entered. If your address is still NOT shippable we will notify you through email that your order is going to be held at Will Call and can be picked up once you arrive to McCormick Place. Please be sure to bring your confirmation email and ID / passport to Will Call in order to receive your wristband(s).

NOTE: All international orders will be held at Will Call.

DELIVERY OF YOUR WRISTBANDS

Do I have to sign for my package?

Nope!

I've tracked my package and I'm concerned it won't be delivered.  What should I do?

If you’re concerned about the delivery of your wristband(s), please contact the courier by clicking the tracking link sent in your confirmation email for more details and to discuss delivery options.

If you think your package has been lost, please check the status of your shipment on your order details page. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, you should report it as lost and request a replacement. Replacement wristbands will only be issued for those orders which were not received. Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

You can pick up a replacement wristband at Will Call but please be sure to bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID / passport for proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?

If you think you received the wrong wristband(s) please go to your order details page to report the issue using the 8-digit code on the wristband(s) chip to request a replacement. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Will Call in order to verify this error.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders will be held at the Will Call counters. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID / passport for proof of purchase.


WILL CALL

If you bought your ticket after July 8th, 2019 11:59pm PST you will need to pick up your wristband(s) at Will Call. To confirm this, please visit the Tickets Page.

Can I pick up my wristband at Will Call?

If you’re unable to receive your wristband at the address provided, you can cancel the shipment on the Tickets Page in your Eventbrite account, then pick up a replacement wristband at Will Call. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID / passport. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

TIP: Having trouble finding your order confirmation email from Eventbrite? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, or search for an email from orders@eventbrite.com.


REPLACEMENT WRISTBANDS

Please keep your wristbands safe and secure!

If you have misplaced your wristband, that wristband will be deactivated and you will be charged for a full price ticket if a replacement is needed.

What do I do if my wristband is lost or stolen?

If you believe your wristband was lost or stolen, you can deactivate your original wristband by following the instructions below and request a replacement wristband to pick up at Will Call.

  • Go to the Tickets Page in your Eventbrite account
  • Select "Manage Order"
  • Then choose "Deactivate Wristband"

Once the wristband is deactivated, you can pick up your replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. Note, we cannot reship any orders and all shipping fees are nonrefundable. Replacement fees may apply.

TICKETS

  • Only purchase ComplexCon Chicago 2019 tickets from the official ComplexCon ticketing page. If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. ComplexCon is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
  • You cannot purchase more than [2] VIP, [2] Early Entry, and / or [5] General Admission tickets total per order.

FAQ

  • Age Restrictions: All attendees age 6 or older need a Badge to enter ComplexCon. Please note, ComplexCon recommends all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian, and all individuals under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at ComplexCon. 
  • Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a ticket. If your companion will be provided by a company, please email us at tickets@complexcon.com so that we can help you make arrangements.
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Event is rain or shine. Artist lineup subject to change.
