 FUN – the first Chinese brand to attend ComplexCon – can boast of a uniquely rich history. Founded in 1985 in Singapore, it is now designed in the historic city of Xiamen (Amoy) and sold in more than one hundred stores in China. Xiamen is known as a haven, a centre of learning and creativity famous for its beauty and home to some of the country’s most forward-thinking companies. Evolving from a sleepy fishing village to a thriving centre of design innovation, it has produced a plethora of independent brands that have taken the Asian fashion world by storm. FUN’s playful approach to millennial cultural touchstones reflects this heritage.

Our layered booth design reflects a true “East to West” theme, fusing contemporary design philosophies from both points of the compass. We have incorporated the feel of Asia with busy Hong Kong street signs and playful Mahjong table, and the gorgeous mist of sunset moment and the chilled surf culture of the US’s West Coast. 

At our booth, you will be able to learn how to play Mahjong, join our VIP panel discussion with Highsnobiety CEO and founder Jeff Carvalho, and witness a two-day live graffiti painting experience from LA’s best deconstructed artist, Matt Gondek.

FUN has hand-selected two key collaboration collections from its extensive range to show exclusively at ComplexCon: BeenTrill and Spongebob Squarepants.

Spongebob is funny, unique and colourful, with many prints and deliberate colour clashes. Beentrill, an exclusive collaboration between the creative minds behind Lady Gaga, Kanye West and Nike, is offering a preview selection of its unique mix of slogans, goth and neo-punk elements that will be available in very limited numbers right here at ComplexCon.
