Dorian’s is one of the many examples of what makes Chicago’s food and beverage culture so special. A new concept by the team who brought you the nationally celebrated Saved by the Bell (90s sitcom) pop up, “Saved by the Max.” Dorian’s packs a quadruple punch as a swanky restaurant and bar inspired by late ’60s-era jazz clubs — and a music/DJ stage and a record shop. Patrons enter Dorian’s in Wicker Park through a room with stacks of vinyl for sale. The menu is Asian Inspired, and was created by Michelin Starred Chef Brian Fisher – we can’t wait to share what special menu items and collaborations they will be revealing at the show!
