Skip The Line Reservations

How do I use Skip The Line reservations?

Skip The Line is a service that allows visitors of ComplexCon to make reservations for selected ComplexCon events and experiences. This service is available exclusively via the ComplexCon app -  App Store | Google Play

Follow these steps:
1. Download and install the ComplexCon app -  App Store | Google Play
2. Log in and link your wristband ID to confirm your ComplexCon ticket.
3. Make a reservation by selecting the event, the number of people, and available time slot. (We recommend taking a screenshot of your confirmation page as a backup)
4. At the event, display the reservation confirmation on your device to Skip The Line host. Please note that cracks on the screen of your device may interfere with validation of your reservation. Increase the brightness for the screen for best results.

If you make a reservation for an event, you will automatically follow the event via the ComplexCon app and receive reminders, notifications about changes, and other important announcements about the event. Notifications on your device should be enabled to receive these announcements.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of the ComplexCon app installed on your device. Visit  App Store | Google Play to check if an update is available.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the event start time. You may lose your spot if you don’t check in 20 minutes before the event starts.

Reservations will be open for booking on Saturday morning.

The store I want to visit does not have any time slots open, can I still shop there?

Please see the Marketplace description for indicators RESERVATION ONLY or WALK-INS WELCOME. Standby queues are available at all booths, except Marketplaces that are marked as RESERVATION ONLY. Also, look out for new openings after cancelations or capacity increases.

The event I am interested in is fully booked, can I still get in?

Yes, only a portion of the venue is reserved via the app. There are additional seats available for the standby line.

Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?

Reservations are non-transferable; any attempt to transfer your reservation to another person, to duplicate your reservation, to commit fraud, or to otherwise tamper or interfere with the reservation system will result in loss of your reservation. Reservations are not eligible for cash refunds. Please note that reservations made through this service do not guarantee you entry to any ComplexCon event or experience. You must still comply with all ComplexCon terms and conditions and with any instructions provided at individual event check-ins, and any violation of the same, or any other inappropriate conduct, may result in loss of your reservation, among other penalties.

I've made a reservation for myself and my friend. Can we enter separately?

No. Each reservation confirmation code can only be used once. Only the members of your group present at the time of check-in will be able to enter. If a group member arrives after your group has already been admitted, they will not be able to enter and will need to make a new reservation or wait in the regular line.

What if I am late?

If you don’t show up on time for your reserved time slot, you forfeit your reservation and will have to wait in a regular line to enter. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the event start time. You may lose your spot if you don’t check in 20 minutes before the event starts.

How many reservations can I make?

You can make up to 4 reservations in advance, depending on availability, and you may change or cancel your reservation at any time. Once you attend a reserved event (or the arrival window has passed), a new reservation slot will become available to you. All reservations are subject to availability, as arrival windows and capacity are limited.

In addition, you can use the standby queues available at all booths, except marketplaces that are marked as RESERVATION ONLY.

What time should I arrive for my reservation?

For a shopping reservation, you have to show up within the assigned arrival window. For events and experiences, you need to check in at least 20 minutes before the start of the event. Please follow the instructions on the reservation confirmation screen.

Does reservation to Marketplace guarantee the ability to make a purchase?

A reservation only provides an arrival time slot to visit the Marketplace booth. It does not guarantee availability of any product at the time of reservation.

I don't see my reservations after I logged in.

Please ensure that you are using the same log-in information (Twitter or Facebook) and the same email address that you used when making the reservation.
